The Uptown Harbour project has already secured the necessary approvals to move forward with an expansive and ambitious plan that will significantly transform the landscape of North Miami Beach. The project has been greenlighted to include 2,000 residential units, encompassing both apartments and condominiums, which are expected to offer a range of luxurious and modern living options for future residents. In addition to the residential component, the development will feature an extensive 375,000 square feet of retail space. This vast area is planned to be a bustling hub of commercial activity, where a diverse array of shops, boutiques, dining establishments, and entertainment venues will cater to the needs and desires of residents and visitors alike.
